I was very pleased with the customer service, my order was delivered on time, unfortunately I had to return the goods for refund which was promptly dealt with.

Marvellous MandM merchandise.
I saw a pair of Sketchers trainers on the MandM Direct site that I liked and bought them. They arrived within a week, they fitted me perfectly so I ordered another pair and some shorts. The prices were amazingly reasonable and the products really good. I will be ordering some more MandM Direct gear.

Slow to refund money..still waiting
Great prices and quick delivery. However items returned as either too small or big. Returned items and tracking still shows as in transit and not at destination. 3 stars for slow returns processing and return of monies. Will only re-order correct sizes when refund is complete.
